Usually, I don’t mind Wendy’s, but this one is different. It was the most undercooked flavorless burger I’ve ever ever had not sure what’s going on here.

Wow, I'm officially done with fast food. Just paid $13 for the same quality chicken sandwich McD's used to sell for $1. The spicey chicken sandwich from Wendys used to be my fav., but this paper thin garbage for 2x the price as it was 3 years ago is the worst experience ever. Took 2 bites and dropped it in the garbage. Wendys french fries used to be excellent, always crispy, perfectly salted, always hot. Tonight, soggy, undercooked, and overly salted. The employees were nice though.

They cut us off while ordering food, had to repeat our order 4 times, tried to confirmed at the window we got the right order..they didn’t listen and just kept agreeing, went inside to fix the mistake and got stared at like we were stupid by all the staff for at least 5 minutes before anyone walked up and fixed our order. Will not be going back.

Ordered food fish was a piece of card board . My baconator , bacon com find me with 3 mini bacons on it. The cold Fry's didn't help. Tried to call to see if we could get a do over. To find out that the wireless cell for a business was on a repeat message. The Leander store on Crystal falls. Now this want be my last time I guess because I have had some good food there.

Overall i've had not the best experiences here. Workers were rude, orders incorrect, no sauce that i asked for, missing items. The handful of times i've been here i haven't had a pleasant experience. And normally, i wouldn't take the time to write reviews especially about a fast food restaurant but the last time i went i found PLASTIC in my burger. not sure how that happens. It was a long skinny piece melted right into the cheese on the middle of my burger. Nice!

I love Wendy’s, but this one is horrible. I was excited a Wendy’s moved close to my office, but I won’t go back. I’ve tried to order biscuits and gravy multiple times but they always say their out. I ordered a hamburger the other day and the bread was hard, obviously old. I’ll never go back to this one…

I am so confused how they messed up my simple order. I didn’t have any modifications. I ordered a honey butter chicken biscuit meal with a frosty coffee. They gave me the biscuit without any honey butter & an iced coffee. The potatoes were cold. When I tried calling the number on the receipt the number didn’t work. I went back for a refund and they tried telling me they couldn’t give me one and can give me a free lunch. Why would I want to give you another chance to make another mistake and be disappointed twice in a day? Lol. They ended up giving me my money back…but they weren’t apologetic or anything. I will never go back here.

Great team working. I only saw 3 people running this Wendy's but they were moving fast to keep up with orders. The best was the smile on their faces even though they were busyVegetarian options: They have a salad section in the menu

Just went here and they forgot to give me part or my order. The number listed online IS NOT SERVICE, so all of my kids but one got their food. VERY DISAPPOINTING. They didn't even give me a receipt. So I'm out the money and the food. Ruined dinner. Thanks a lot.

Terrible food, terrible service. Could hardly hear the guy speaking in the drive thru. Ordered $50 worth of food and was the only person in line, and they handed the food to me right away as I pulled up to the window… the lettuce in the salad was soggy, other food tasted stale, and we were missing an item. We were scared to eat multiple items based on how they looked. Won’t be back!
