Avoid. Lobby is always closed and the staff is not at all helpful
On 7/9/2026 at 10:23am, I placed my order in the drive through. After paying I was told to pull forward and park it will be a 10 minute wait. I said never mind then I want a refund. Should have told me that before I placed the order. I paid with my card and they offered cash. I wanted the money back on my card the way I paid. The food is always hot and fresh, with fresh fries, fresh nuggets, and a big bacon classic that is well put together and delicious. While some visits may take longer, many customers have experienced fast and friendly service, with outstanding customer service and a friendly cashier, making it a reliable stop. The main issue is the length of time it takes from ordering at the speaker to receiving your order. Generally the service is great and what makes this location nice. The menu items are a bit overpriced for the quality, but that can be said about nearly everything now. Love how Wendy's has at least been expanding their frosty varieties.
