I've lived near this one for years now and it's come to the point I've given up on it. Worst Wendy's I've ever experienced. Sometimes they aren't even there to service their customers during business hours and won't acknowledge you at the drive up intercom
Placed our order and was told to pull up. Waited over 15 min. Went inside and was told they lost our order. I get it it can happen but after 6 minutes why couldn't the guy who took our order say something before we had to go inside. People here are just working for a pay check. Don't care of any kind of customer service or have any decency to be responsible for their customers orders. Definitely not stopping here again. The main issue is the length of time it takes from ordering at the speaker to receiving your order. Generally the service is great and what makes this location nice. The menu items are a bit overpriced for the quality, but that can be said about nearly everything now. Love how Wendy's has at least been expanding their frosty varieties.
