Absolutely worst experience from GM of location. Please make sure to check your bank changes each time you’re here. We’ve had an additional charge over 3 x’s and even with bank statements to prove charges, no resolve besides deal with it with your bank was the level of customer service coming from General Manager Vince Falcon! Terrible experience, My daughter and I went today 9/26/23 to have some fun bowling. This was our first time here and as we were getting ready to play, I asked the attendant if she could put up the bumpers. She came back and before she put them up, informed me the woman at the front desk was making comments about my child being special needs. I just went to Bandera Bowl to practice a few games. I asked for lane 20 and the guy at the counter told me I couldn't have that lane or any lanes on that side because of leagues starting soon. It was 3:55pm at the time. Leagues start at 7pm? There were people bowling on that side already so what was the difference? What a shame, because I used to bowl at Bandera for many years. I guess they didn't want my business.

Bandera Bowling Center is a neighborhood spot with affordable prices. The bar offers good drinks, and the staff is excellent at coordinating events. While the drinks are cheap, the lanes can have some issues, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays. Despite minor problems with the lanes, the overall experience is worth the price.
The bowling alley has an old-school vibe, with a concession stand and a few arcade-like machines. The staff are quick to set up customers with a lane. The venue could use some renovations, but for the price, it's still completely worth it.
The bowling alley is well-maintained, with a wide selection of ball sizes, good food options, and a full bar. The service is great, with staff members providing excellent assistance. The French fries are the best, and the venue is a great place for family days, play dates, and birthday parties. The staff is friendly and eager to help, even accommodating customers with special dietary needs.
