I was lucky to win 50,000 points from entering a contest and notified the Chuck E. Cheese that I entered from. The first person I spoke to was receptive and friendly. When we got there on Thursday, the team was attentive and friendly, and apologetic when they couldn't get the voucher at first. More than one person stepped up to help out and they even stayed late after all the other guests had left for my children to pick out their prizes. The prices are way too high. It is like $20.00 per person, same cost as an expensive restaurant. It was only the two of us. We were waiting for my son's daughter. My son got a medium pizza, stuff crust, with one topping. I got the smallest pizza, with one topping. We both got drinks. $42.69!!!!! The pizza was the best I have ever tasted. But, money wise, it hurt . I noticed that the prizes was ridiculous in the pricing, also.
