The prices are way too high. It is like $20.00 per person, same cost as an expensive restaurant. It was only the two of us. We were waiting for my son's daughter. My son got a medium pizza, stuff crust, with one topping. I got the smallest pizza, with one topping. We both got drinks. $42.69!!!!! The pizza was the best I have ever tasted. But, money wise, it hurt . I noticed that the prizes was ridiculous in the pricing, also.

Today we showed up for a walk-in birthday, ($65). I can’t tell you how amazing the team of this place is. From Claire talking to me over the phone and answering all my questions, to our outstanding party host Jisele, and how could I forget Michael, our Chuck E. Cheese for the day. We were the only party there and they paid so much attention and care to our experience being the only party and a very small party at that. It was not only incredibly personalized, but the attention to detail and the attention to our child, smiling and being happy, I will never go to another place for a birthday party, and I will never use another hostess other than Jisele. Take my advice as a parent of five girls ranging in ages from toddlers to early teens if you’re gonna do a party, do it at Chuck E. Cheese ask for Michael to be your Chuck E. Cheese and ask for Jisele to be your hostess and treat her with the most kindness because that is the only way she treated us. The place was clean. The food was good. My kid was happy and every single game worked and gave out tickets. And if you really want to make your kids super excited purchase the giant Chuck E. Cheese that they have in the prize area for $20 and he will personally give it to your child and it is an amazing experience for your kid. And don’t forget to tip your hostess for their hard work and dedication to making your party as easy as possible, and the best experience you and your kid.

I was lucky to win 50,000 points from entering a contest and notified the Chuck E. Cheese that I entered from. The first person I spoke to was receptive and friendly. When we got there on Thursday, the team was attentive and friendly, and apologetic when they couldn't get the voucher at first. More than one person stepped up to help out and they even stayed late after all the other guests had left for my children to pick out their prizes. The young lady who assisted us was so patient, so friendly, and had a warm smile for me and the kids even when I know she had to be ready to end her day. The food can be a little expensive but the service is top notch at this location. We've been more than once and will absolutely return.

Not a big fan of box store pizza. They must have been short staffed kuz the wait to order was atrocious. The place was cool for the kids but this set of games is the same set of games in every freaking 'arcade' I've been to in the last 15 years.

Chuck E. Cheese really has gone bad no more family deals no wonder it’s empty and it also got really expensive think about it before you come here

Only had 2 people working the first day of spring break. The manager stood there staring at us while we ordered. Then rudely said it was going to be a long wait because they were short staffed. We said it was fine because we did have a big order.but mind you it wasn't busy. Had to ask several times to refill the salad bar. Manager again rudely said he was busy. But still not busy. The place was dirty. The food was not that good. The pizza and wings both looked like they were microwaved. No courtesy warning they are about to close. They just start turning off games and announce "We're closed" And at the end of the night no one there to check the kids are with the right family!! Horrible!! Next time we'll go to Peter Piper.

Great interesting kidding restaurant just visited out of town. we decided bring our kids here since it’s nearby to a movie theater. My kids enjoy this place especially See Chuck E interacted with them as well offering take photos he must love to do and dance. I just enrolled my two children dance school classes after dance with Chuck E Cheese himself phenomenal performer you got there better on video proofs no such thing as terrible or good dancer. Will be back .The only downside most games don’t last long time takes away all the fun but more thinking skills games like you would play like ordinary app phones.

Went to celebrate daughters birthday, left with the flu. None of the workers were sanitizing games the entire time we were there.

It was very fun celebrating my friend’s 18th birthday here at y'all's establishment. Shoutout to one of the workers who swiped their card for the photo booth for us and to Damien, the greeter who had excellent manners and customer service. Y’all hire grand workers and Damien is a true example of that. Thank you for making the experience great. A thing y'all could add though is more mascots for the kids, because I noticed there were a lot of younger kids vying for Chuck’s attention, so having other mascots would help grant every child with a perfect birthday experience.
