All the other employees are waiting on another employee to wait on you when they're right there standing beside you and not even acknowledging that you're in the presence of the business establishment they're at braum's 😢💔👎
The building is very well kept outside. This was a drive through experience for me. I was getting burgers for my mother & l to share. The order was taken quickly. The employee was polite and took the order correctly and the burgers were cooked and prepared as ordered. The food was hot w/ fresh ingredients. We will eat here again.
Very nice crew. Took my niece in to get an ice cream she wanted an ice cream she never had before. I asked if she could have a sample before I buy something she didn't like. The girl said yes and gave her a sample. She was kind and did it without hesitation. Sometimes people do not want to work and are just rude but she was very friendly and kind. I appreciate it.
