“Never had any issues till today, I ordered 2 pizzas, 2 5 cheese & macaroni, main issue was I ordered an Honolulu Hawaiian & Memphis BBQ chicken, we got the Memphis BBQ chicken and the 2 5 cheese & macaroni, but we got an cheese pizza instead of the Honolulu Hawaiin, the workers need to pay attention, I'll let it slide this time but if it happens again, I will file a formal complaint.“

Bad experience was when the waitress forgot to put in part of our order. We only saw her maybe 3 times. I ended up having to go and ask for things.“

“the customer service there SUCKS! The manager, she is so rotten to the customers. I've watched her hang up on them multiple times, she has cussed at them, and laughed in their face. she needed to be fired long before this point. used to order everyday from ceasars, but will absolutely NEVER give them a dime of my money again! and you seem to never be able to reach the general manager. she's the only one you can complain to, when she is the reason they suck to begin with“
