The customer service from the 2 women there when I visited was amazing! I wanted to make my own birthday cake and I'm not a baker at all. They walked me through all the behind the scenes processes and gave super helpful advice. It turned out great thanks to them! They have a great selection of supplies at reasonable prices.

Hello, first off, they did a great job printing on wafer paper for me! But I am HUGE on customer service! I read a review about not having public restrooms and saw that the store replied saying we can ask to use theirs (especially with small children). We live 50 minutes away and drove all the way for the print, 15 minutes away my toddler had to use theirs restroom. My husband said he asked and they said no. We had to go yo the appliance store next door! So shout out to “Big Saving Appliance for letting my baby use the restroom! AND they gave her a sucker!

A great shop for people who make cakes.When I went there, there were two female clerks.The younger one was very nice.Older people are not suitable for the customer service industry.
Honestly, this is one of the best places in Dallas, the staff is super friendly, especially Andrea ?all the staff tries to help you with what they can in a very friendly way, it doesn't matter if you don't have experience in refueling, they do everything possible to be able to help you sincerely recommend 10/10 here!!!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience, it is a store with a great variety of products, they just need to improve their employees. I had a small problem with one of them because of my 8-year-old daughter. I know that when I take my daughter there, something happens that obviously hurts my daughter. I have to pay for it but that is no reason for you to make a girl feel bad just for looking and touching because it draws the attention of certain people when a week ago another American girl was playing with molds from one place to another and her They didn't catch his attention, it was smaller than mine, you're going to make sure it's with all the clients, not just with different people.

Today I took basic fondat class with instructor Karen and I loved it! First the store is a magical world where you will find everything for the pastry and then the class was fantastic. Physical space is comfortable, well prepared and friendly staff. You'll learn the basics to start in this world. Go to the website and you'll see all the classes available in the next few days
