“Great local breakfast/brunch spot! Came here with some friends on a Wednesday morning, we were greeted and seated immediately. I had the hills skillet, highly recommend. It was flavorful, fresh and a great portion. It comes with a side of biscuits/toast or pancakes. The decor is modern farmhouse and a super light and refreshing place to enjoy breakfast and coffee.“

“Went with my friends to Saturday brunch/lunch. We had catfish, chicken fried steak and taco salad. There were so many side dishes, fried okra, slaw, mashed potatoes, and more and everything was literally perfect! Our server, Dalys, was so wonderful, really present with us... and every other person who worked there was kind, helpful and engaging. Always right there with the coffee... The place was clean, restrooms too. When we got there it was completely full, but we didn't have to wait but like 5 minutes and our food came very fast. Honestly, best meal I have had out in a long time.“

“Fabulous Sunday brunch. The ambiance, the food, the staff, all of it! This place was hopping busy but waited maybe 3 minutes to get seated. David took great care of us. We were traveling and found this place on yelp. It was 30 minutes out of our way and I'm here to say it was worth it! I ordered the Cali omelette with grits and mini pancakes for my sides. The icing and powdered sugar on the pancakes was better than a cinnamon roll! My belly is happy and very full. I will be back if I'm ever in the Dallas area again.“

“I have been going to their Carrollton location and was already huge fan of their coffee and cakes. So you can imagine my delight when they opened in Copell which was stone’s throw away from my place. LOVE their coffee, their cakes, cookies and their savory snacks. Their brunch menu is fresh with jams etc made from scratch at their bakery. We always get our celebratory cakes from them. Also their service and staff are wonderful.“

“I’ve been to this location several times, and I’m always impressed by their food as well as service. Today my server, Kirsten, did a wonderful job answering questions, anticipating needs and was extremely friendly. As I was a table of one, I had slightly anticipated feeling rushed, but that never happened. I’ve mostly been here in the past with four kids, and still, impeccable service. I highly recommend for an enjoyable breakfast or lunch!Kid-friendliness: They have an outside playground for the kiddos just off the patio so parents can watch while eating.“

“I am new to Texas, just moved here from south Florida and had heard about this place. I came in and was seated, the atmosphere was nice and the server was excellent. I order the shrimp omelette with potatoes and it comes with pancakes. The omelette was very good as well as the coffee! The coffee is AMAZING. The pancakes were not as hot as I would like them or the potatoes. However, because the omelet and coffee was so good, I came back the next day with my sister and brother in law and the food was really good. Potatoes were hot and the pancakes were as well. The server was even better than the first. My family enjoyed there food and I will be back again!“

“Been going there regularly for breakfast and lunch since moving to Flower Mound last year. We love the level of consistent high quality in all aspects of dining at ME, including the value you get for your dollar. We were a bit concerned when the new owners took over last year, but rest assured they have maintained and possibly upped the ante! We simply love the place and look forward to our next meal there. “I have come here multiple times just to be sure the food is actually good or was I just hungry!!?? The food is just down right good. I have had breakfast and lunch, each time I come the food is better. Service is top notch, the ladies here are sweet and also gives suggestions on good menu items.Thank y’all for serving me. “Airy modern farmhouse is the vibe at this breakfast and lunch spot. Visiting from out of town and family that lives in Denton recommended that we go on a Monday midday so we could have either breakfast or lunch with no crowd. Lunch starts at 11:00 a.m. if you want to enjoy the entire menu. Staff is friendly and quick to get you started with whatever coffee orders or other drinks you would like. I ordered the butter pecan latte, not all that decadent when you see the other drinks involving ice cream on the menu. So tempting! We came with specific things in mind to order. The Monte Cristo was a must have. The "Almost Famous" Cinnamon Roll was another. The Monte Cristo is a ham & cheese filled breakfast sandwich, dipped in French toast egg dip and deep fried golden and crisp. Served with a pot of blackberry compote and a pot of a vanilla cream, for sandwich dipping or spreading. This sandwich hits all the flavor notes perfectly. Definitely a place that I will come back to the next time I visit Denton!Parking: Fairly large parking lot, but on a busy weekend I'm sure that it becomes more of a challenge.Kid-friendliness: Perfect place to bring the kids, they do have items that would appeal to the younger ones. Lots of space between the tables and room for high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: Very accessible, most of the restaurant is on one floor with plenty of room between tables to maneuver.“

Both were really good, but the hash browns were better!Our server was friendly, attentive, helpful, and unintrusive. She smiled a lot, quickly took care of the things we asked for, gave good recommendations, knew the menu well, and struck a great balance between checking on us but not overstaying!The atmosphere was clean and well lit. My only minor complaint is that the table we sat at was pretty close to other tables on both sides... It wasn't unencumbering though. I really only noticed it when getting in and out.Parking: There's a large parking lot, and I had no trouble finding a spot... There were plenty when we went.“

“I really enjoy Hemingway Brunch. It is always clean and the staff is spot on every time. The only issue I have and did not give 5 stars on the food is because I always get Eggs Benedict and several times the eggs have been overcooked. But other than that, perfect. My son gets the kids pancake and I admit, they have a great recipe.“

The first time I ordered the chopped salad entrée and it was delicious so I decided to order it a second time (2nd visit) to make sure it wasn’t a fluke. It was again fabulous!
