The BAT Benedict (Bacon Avocado Tamato) is killer! The Very Berry Crepes plate almost made my eyes shoot out of my head, I couldn't believe the presentation. “My wife and I rotate breakfast places most weekends but Eggsellent Cafe has become our default place to go. The staff and management are incredibly nice and welcoming. The food is consistently excellent and they probably have our favorite coffee. The portions are large and you always feel as if you got you money's worth. My only critique is that I wish the coffee mugs were bigger because I'm always asking for a refill. Otherwise, this place is great and should be on everyone's radar. 👍“

The vibe is classic diner comfort, the staff is friendly and quick, and every plate that comes out of the kitchen looks like real home cooking.​ The breakfast here is outstanding. From Migas and corn tortillas to hearty omelets and toasted English Muffins, everything is hot, fresh, and generously portioned. Coffee is constantly topped off, and prices are very reasonable, which makes it easy to turn “let’s grab a quick bite” into a regular habit.​ If you’re in or around Carrollton and want a great sit-down breakfast instead of another chain, Pete’s Cafe is a must-try.“

“My wife and I eat breakfast almost every weekend after our morning workout. It’s a little bit of “our time” on the weekend and the staff and food has always been great. But a few weeks ago they were busy and although the meal was good the service was a little lacking and upon checkout our server’s assistant was short and seemed irritated. We were surprised and as we left were talking about it and hostess overheard and we saw her go back and immediately say something to our server. We chalked it up to being short staffed and busy. Came back the next week and everything was great. Came again today and everything was great AND our server from the bad day waited on us and was great. Here’s the part that impressed me, as we were checking out she stopped and apologized for the service from a couple weeks before, didn’t make excuses, said she’d addressed the issue with her assistant and thanked us for coming back. Apologizing is a lost art, and we appreciated it so much that not only did she not get defensive she remembered the situation, it had clearly been on her mind since that day and she wanted to make it right. That tells me Barney’s is here for the long haul and has leadership that is inspiring the employees. Great job Barney’s! We will continue to our weekend breakfast dates for a long long time.“

“They hosted our small corporate outing and it went so well! Our team went with one of the Bowling packages offered on the website.
I made the reservation request online and got a call and email within a few hours to confirm details and fill out payment form.
The food was ready when we got there and the reservation was easily adjusted when more people than paid for showed up.
More than enough food was included in the package, pitchers of drinks provided, and the added 25 credit arcade card for each player was so fun
