“The company I work for brought out this mobile food truck , which has been hit or miss in DFW. But not this time around. From amazing customer service, to even better looking and tasting food, I had a great experience and more than enjoyed the food. The nachos were top tier and sliders were great. Definitely the type of food you’d see blow up on social media , and I hope they get that draw, because even though I didn’t gage to pay, I would’ve been more then happy to, if need be !! 10 out of 10 !!“

Ray & Mark went above and beyond in making our daughter-in-laws 50th birthday celebration special. The 50th balloons, cake accessories, & gift card were unexpected & appreciated. “We were on the hunt for a traditional Brazilian cake for the groom’s cake. We looked and looked until we found Jana with Marvelous Cakes & Pastries. I picked up a personalized tasting box from her and brought it home. After one bite of the peaches and cream cake, Rodrigo knew that she was the one (He said: “That’s It”). We had tried so many other bakeries, but it just wasn’t right. Jana is from Brazil and does things as they do 'at home.’ This was a special piece of Brazil that was a great touch to the evening. Jana was amazing to work with and just look at the cake – it tastes even better. It didn’t last but thirty minutes after cutting the cakes. I have already ordered from Jana again for other events. Go check her out, she will blow your socks off with her flavors and is so easy to work with.“

“Construction on the inside was going on. The food is great, however no one should be operating drive through if they have a hearing impairment with no aid. People were screaming at the drive through operator and repeating themselves to exhaustion. The individual should be inside, or given another task. It is overstood we all need to make a living.“

“I have always liked schlotzskys food and this location was also good. What i want to comment on is the service and staff. When we went today and ordered the food and sat down to wait..and wait and wait I decided to ask after 20 min if it normally takes this long for the food and of course the nice lady who took our order said no and went to check. She came back and said they had not even started our order at which time I definitely got upset and asked for a refund. The manager came out and started giving excuses and due to my bad day and then this flub I wasn't even trying to listen and just kept saying give me my refund. This manager stayed fully composed during this incident, did refund all of my money even though I told him I did receive my cinnamon rolls and expected to pay for what I had gotten. After this he asked that I please give him 2 minutes and my food would be out and completely free. I did as he asked and our food was brought out promptly. To be honest I wouldn't have been able to deal with my attitude if I was in his shoes and stayed so positive. I let him know personally that he did a great job and I was sorry for loosing my composure. I also felt the need to let everyone know that this establishment has kind employees and will try to correct anything that may come up during a visit. Honestly need more people in the world with this man's positive energy. I hope his higher ups read this and praise him and his staff for the good job they do.“
