I was searching for a new breakfast spot- quiet - to do some work, healthy, Wi-Fi, and iced coffee. I have hit another Flower Mound spot regularly, and it’s about $20. Forget that. I could do without the music at Rosas, and they have no Wi-Fi. My phone works fine without it. The booths are a little tight to the table but easily doable. I had a chorizo with egg bowl. The manager was kind and very sweet. She told us that it would be a wait for the rice since they ran out but gave us some free snacks on the side as an apology. Would definitely come back just for the great service and delicious food.

Food is prepared on a mass level ...Kinda bland food the building exterior is nice ,,no so much inside ....a mass amount of tables were dirtyAnd cleaned minimal,,I was watching...So sanitation is noticeable.
