Accessible but not handicap friendly. Old building with handicap people and afterthought. Doors are very heavy. Burgers are ok once you can order but that can take awhile. Menu online is hard to find and I can't see the menu on the wall. Counter top very cluttered. Its OK but nothing to write home about. Meh. Its right across from my clinic so it's convenient while waiting for my ride.

The food was good, but the best part was the staff. They were all happy, friendly and their banter was funny enough to be sitcom material. Most entertaining lunch I've had in recent memory.

I want to give a big shoutout to Simone at the drive-thru of this Whataburger. Her customer service was truly outstanding and completely turned my day around. I stopped by with my dog while having a pretty rough day, and Simone’s warm smile and friendly demeanor instantly made a difference. She got my order exactly right with no fuss, and even offered my pup a chicken finger while we waited—he was thrilled! In a time when genuine, kind customer service can be hard to find,...
