Oh, let me tell you, this right here was Amazing!. Yes finger licking and Smackin was happening. Heading from Cuero back to Dallas , we found this spot. Very, very good, The sample meats were great. Loaded baked potatoe with brisket. Mouth watering ? ?.

Hate to be the first negative review, but I just can't get past how expensive it was for what we got. I understand completely that bbq is expensive. I've eaten at many bbq joints in the state. Wanna point out first that the flavor of the brisket was excellent. Loved the sausage, too. So I ordered 1 lb of ribs... 1/2 lb of brisket and a sausage link. We got in our boxes 3 ribs, 2 slices of brisket, and a sausage link (around 7 inches). The total was $58. Just seemed very steep for the amount of food we got. The math wasn't mathing. We would have gone back, but we were on a deadline. Just wanted to pick up some good bbq on the road trip and just wish this experience was better.

The brisket loaded baked potatoes are yuuuuuge!! If you hang around a bit you're likely to get a little sample of something for good measure. Great BBQ, get the banana pudding or just be sad if you don't.

Been a loyal fan since they opened. Pops and Sunshine serve up the best brisket that I've had. We've worked our way through the whole menu and have not been disappointed! Extra shout out to the nanner pudding!

Absolutely amazing every time!! Brisket Loaded Baked Potato All The Way is my personal favorite. $15 for all that food, can’t be beat!! Definitely get the banana pudding….OMG….Pure Joy!!

Amazing lip smacking BBQ had the pork ribs and Brisket !!!! Only open on Friday from 11AM to SOLD OUT and Saturday from 10AM to SOLD OUT. Pop's does SELL OUT y'all... patience or call ahead to order for pickup recommended.

Been meaning to write a great review about Pop’s for awhile now … I invited 25 close friends out to my place back in January and asked Pop’s to cater. I go there frequently & know how good his BBQ is. It was a crowd pleaser, fr the meats to the homemade sides all the way thru the banana pudding. Easy to order, delicious to eat! Would recm’d his catering service for your event! See you this wkend Pop’s!
