Holy smokes. Best I've ever had. Arguably the best in Texas. Get there EARLY. 5am. Bring a folding chair. Coffee. Half the fun is the people you meet in line waiting for them to open. Real fun starts around 8am though. IYKYKBrisket melts in your mouth. Perfectly done. Barq. Smoke rings. Juicy. Ribs... Tender, perfect seasoning. A total experience.
Today, we visited the renowned Snows BBQ in Lexington, Texas. Arriving around midnight on a Friday, we found ourselves in the midst of a line that stretched to number 14 and 15, a testament to the establishment's popularity. Despite the late hour, the atmosphere buzzed with camaraderie among fellow patrons, as we enjoyed good conversation and beers while eagerly anticipating the 8:00 AM opening.
