If flavor had a love language, this place speaks it fluently. The brisket was so tender it practically introduced itself to my fork before melting in my mouth. Had a great experience at Snows. Got the Brisket, ribs , chicken and sausage. Everything was great. Brisket and Sausage were my favorite. My partner really likes the Cole slaw ( I think Cole slaw makes a better garnish) and we both lived the potato salad. Don't forget the Banana Pudding. It was soo good!!

We got in line at 12:30 and were numbers 6,7,8.
They opened a bit early around 7:40am and the line moved efficiently.
The food was unbelievable. The ribs were amazing and the brisket was the best I have ever had. Really enjoyed the potato salad as well.
We got to chat with the owners and everyone standing in line were fun to talk to.
10/10 recommend!
