Nicest woman at the drive thru around 8:15 Sunday night 8/17/2025. Her exceptional personality and happiness gave me a lift I didn’t know I needed. Thank you. I’ll get your name next time.

Hispanic manager (didn't catch his name) made things right.
Went for lunch....crew was disorganized, food took forever and they cooked the wrong food.
This manager comes in and the whole place shapes up.
Got a quick redo of the order and he gave me a couple freebies...apologized for the error.
This manager turned a 1 star to a 5 star experience.
Well done.

Great place for a simple tasty meal with ice cream to finish it off!!!

We ordered dine in. Food was hot and served fresh, but took over 30 minutes to serve. They said a couple of the fryers were down, but they had no problem getting the drive thru in and out on time. If we weren't pulling a camper we wouldn't have gone in. If you have the choice, dont dine in, as priority is with the drive thru lane.

I went in around 8:00 and there was this guy named Jared they just stared at me for about 20 minutes and then proceeded to ask me if I was somebody that I wasn't still didn't take my order then whenever we got to the register I know she was a little stress so I asked because okay I got blankly stared at I'm going to ask him if he was good no response whatsoever and due to my eyesight I asked if they had a large print menu that I can read he then proceeded to put his head down while breathing out I think dairy Queen should get the guy a day off If your employees are so tired that they can't give good customer service You're overworking them I truly hope Jared is okay

We messed up on our order, went back through drive thru, they immediately corrected it for us and refunded the other meal. Manager and staff were super nice and helpful! Will definitely be back! Awesome service!

First time there. Not good, service was ok they didn’t know their own menu. We just ordered blizzards. Both were melted when we received them. The irony is they all had the t-shirts on about holding it upside down. No way these would pass that.

They always make my chocolate milkshake with my request of extra chocolate... except tonight! The girl at the window assured my husband that it was a chocolate shake. There is nothing chocolate about it. This was not worth the wait in line, the gas it took to wait in line, or the cost of whatever this turned out to be. Highly disappointing!

This is the meeting place of people on Liberty hill....it is a great place to negotiate million dollar deals over a delicious ice cream cone. Lotsa great food choices at affordable prices (for inflation prices at least).
