When I moved to the area, I didn’t realize how much I’d miss the local Austin spots. I honestly never expected to see a DoubleDave’s out here, and it was such a pleasant surprise! Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved their pepperoni rolls—they’re still just as good.

Pizza isn’t personally my favorite, but my husband and kids absolutely love it, so that says a lot. The salads are always fresh, the Cheesy Stix never disappoint, and when I ask for my wings extra crispy, they always get it right.

I also love that they offer delivery, and everything arrives fresh every time. A huge thank you to the staff for consistently great customer service, and especially to Brianna for her upbeat attitude—it truly makes a difference when you’re busy and just trying to get dinner on the table.

Top-notch customer service all around. We’re so grateful to have a taste of home right here in our community. Keep up the great work, DoubleDave’s team!

Pizza was all right, but very salty. I ordered and paid for a Caesar salad with chicken and when we opened the order, there was no chicken so I paid the extra two dollars for nothing.

Was hit by one of y’all’s delivery driver on my mini bike in a residential neighborhood, luckily I was wearing a helmet but sustained some major bruising. He drives a black 05-09 mustang and had his double Dave’s topper on his car. Just want to make y’all aware cause if it was a kid or I didn’t have a helmet it would have been way different outcome
EDIT it’s now been a couple months later and Double Daves still hasn’t reached out to me or even acknowledged my review. That tells you they don’t care about customers to even hear out what happened. Class action lawsuit coming up.

Taste like cardboard, spend $30 worthless. This is what I get for Margarita pizza

I have order multiple times. Every single time a few items are missing from the delivery. It is frustrating.

Haven’t been here but one other time. I figured I should give it another shot. Tonight I placed my order online, earliest pick up was an hour away. I called the store and asked if they could pull the order up to an earlier time. They accommodated and said it would be ready in 20. Great!

When I arrived, there was a frantic 5 minutes where nobody had an order for me. As things got more awkward, someone came and let me know that my order went out the door to someone else. After nearly 10 minutes of waiting it had not returned, so I asked them to remake it. Shortly after a very tired man arrived with my order to exchange it with his. While there was an apology, this was clearly pretty far out of the way for him (Richard was his name but his wife ordered).

As for me, ended up getting the order pretty close to the original pick up time, but stood waiting in the store for over 30 minutes. I don’t know what “making it right” is, but left frustrated for me and the other man involved. The manager quietly disclosed that he had a bunch of new people, which I get… but am discouraged from coming back based on my 2 recent experiences.

I’ve tried the pizza here several times and it’s never been great. This last one (and it’ll be the last one ever), they should be criminally charged for bad it was. Calling this pizza is a joke. Barely any cheese. Over cooked. Roughly two artichokes (that we paid for). This pizza here is the perfect representation of what you should expect from this place.

I come through several times a month, the pizza rolls are what I always get. The last couple of times the pizza rolls have been off in the way they were made. I called to let them know and the young man I was on the phone with took the criticism in the most professional way possible. He told me he would pass it to the rest of the team, which I appreciated. Everytime I go to this location I’m always impressed with their workers attitude.

Just ordered a dozen pepperoni rolls and a thin crust specialty pizza and spent $60 with the delivery fees.

The rolls are always great. But the pizza was probably one of the worst I’ve had in years. I requested an extra crispy crust as from experience DD doesn’t cook the pizza well enough. Well this pizza was again doughy and not crispy on bottom. Why have “special cooking instructions” on your website if the comments are not followed. Very disappointing!
