Friendly service. There is one guy that works outside and doesn't seem to understand the process. I'll be 3/4 cars back, tell him I have a mobile order and he moves on to car behind me. I believe he should get my order so I can leave and shorten the line. Thought that was the purpose of the app.
I love Dutch Bro's and their friendly staff. However, once you've been waiting in line for at least 5 minutes (worth the wait) and you watch them walk to cars that pulled in well behind you in get serviced first it's relatively frustrating.

Yesss the line gets longer in the mornings….but that is anywhere. Walk up to the window if you dont want to wait .
