Had their red beam, Sichuan, and chai siu bao. All were delicious. Standout was the chili crisp sauce. Everything was homemade. Highly recommend.
Simply divine! I had never been here before and ordered the mini bao combination with the cucumber radish salad and a milk tea. I can see myself ordering this combo again and again!

Red Dragon Bao at Liberty Hill is a great addition to the area, offering good food that has finally come to Liberty Hill. The restaurant is an awesome addition, with some of the best bao in Austin and the surrounding areas. The baos are so soft and fluffy, perfected so one does not feel weighed down or heavy after eating. Every dish tried has been absolutely delicious. The menu includes fried rice, Sichuan pork bao, red bean bao, fried chicken wontons, tofu lo mein, veggie chow mein, chicken pot stickers, pork soup dumplings, soup noodles with pork, savory pork bao, peanut sesame bao, and pork pot stickers. Everything tasted fresh and cooked right, with a ton of flavor. The customer service is phenomenal. The owner is super nice and genuinely happy to see people enjoying the food. Strongly recommend checking them out.
