If I could do a zero for customer service due to Emily I would. Zero because she doesn’t have a growth mindset. She even admitted she gets a lot of complaints and her GM and area manager don’t care because in her words, “they know my intentions are good.” Good intentions are an excuse for poor behavior. It’s a defense mechanism she has used to not change, and it shows. She needs three warnings, and to be terminated. Sincerely, A restaurant area manager.

Worst customer service experience of my life from Emily the Supervisor. Absolute refusal to take accountability for her mistakes and the attitude to go along with it was atrocious. Really poor leadership and “face” of the operation on a Sunday evening.

A Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks - which can be a very good thing in that you know what you're getting. But it also means the most Starbucks are pretty uninspiring. This location is good - the coffee is good, the service is good, and the seating is good. But that's all it is. Nothing unique or mind-blowing about any of the above. So if you're looking for a next-level coffee experience, keep driving. But if you don't need your mind blown and good is good enough (which, let's be honest, it is for most of us most of the time), this place is worth visiting. That said - if you have a large SUV or truck, the parking lot is extremely tight to navigate. Being a TX location I would have thought the company would account for bigger vehicles like extended SUVs and SuperDuty trucks, but that doesn't seem to have been the case here. Expect some multi-point turns to get in and out of your parking space or navigate the drive-though if your transport is bigger.

I like the sugar plum during this season and pumpkin bread. I also get the egg bites and my favorite drink is 2 pumps white mocha, 2 pumps Carmel, 3 shots of espresso and skim milk. Try it out!

I don't write reviews often, but I would like to acknowledge how nice this location is. My order always tastes consistently good, and I like how fairly sized this Starbucks is as well! I hardly have any issues finding seating. The staff is very courteous and friendly.

I already made a yelp review but I just had to post this on google as well that this Starbucks has some of the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. I was a little intimidated at first by the full parking lot, but that’s only because their service is that good. Even with how busy it was, someone immediately greeted me, asked for the name on my order, and made sure it was expedited.
10/10 customer service, and my brown sugar shaken espresso was a perfect 10/10 as well.

Friendly employees but the line always seems super long
I will forever love Starbucks, but I was very surprised at the service of this location when they get busy. I ordered a drink and a muffin using the mobile order. When I got there, the drink was ready, but I was told it was a 10 minute wait for my muffin. They said they have to go in order and can’t skip orders, but what was really surprising was that they said they literally are not allowed to walk over to the food station and have to stay at their station. They said I could go to the register and ask for a refund or wait 10 minutes for a muffin. I ended up saying, please just give the muffin to someone else when it comes up, because I did not have the time to wait.
It’s almost like there is some disconnect between common sense vs following the procedures; that a customer would be told to wait that long for an item that is already premade doesn’t make sense. The fact that the employees are not allowed to walk into other zones to serve their customers is very surprising. This particular location seems to struggle with the volume of business due to their location, and it looks like other customers are having similar experiences based on the reviews.

Employees here resort to being rude and bark at regular customers because they are overwhelmed and frustrated by the traffic coming in from the middle schoolers next door and their entitled parents. Horrible experience overall.

This place will routinely mess up your coffee order. The food will be improperly prepared like sandwiches and pastries. The customer service is rude. They try to kick out customers from the restaurant 2 hours before closing time. The lines are long and take too long.

The music they were playing was pretty inappropriate, especially for the kids who were there after school. Food and drinks were great. Fast service and friendly staff, but they have no business playing explicit songs since a lot of people come with their families.
