Recently moved to Liberty Hill, so been trying to find a good little taco spot. I read the reviews and decided to come by. At first, I was not sure because I have not had tacos from a gas station restaurant. Nonetheless I gave it a shot and I must say 10/10 would recommend. Tried a few different tacos and all were excellent. The green salsa is perfect. Not too spicy but not bland either . Also, the horchata was fire ?definitely will be coming back in the future.

Definitely a good find on the run...Super friendly and fast...order at counter and pay up front...one small 2 seat bench. Tacos are fresh and hot...Sauce is on point!

When they are open great food. Been by several times around lunch and they are closed. Calling ahead never works also. Look the food is good but the inconsistency of open hours really makes me not even want to bother to go back.

This was my first time eating here, after a recommendation from some co-workers. I had the Jalisco burrito with the pastor meat and it was phenomenal! My co-workers had the tacos and burrito and they loved them as well. Finally, the service was great/friendly and the food was hot. Overall, this place rocks. Look no further for a great lunch!

All right, how is it that I have lived so close to this place for several years and I'm just now trying them out??? Yes, they literally are a little counter inside of the gas station on the corner of Highway 29, but wow the food was really good. Definitely will be coming here on the regular for breakfast tacos and I look forward to trying some of the other Mexican food items.

You wouldn't expect a gas station to have such good freshly made tacos but it certainly does. I rate these tacos the best in Liberty Hill.
Hands down, best barbacoa around. I'm super picky about my barbacoa and only get it at very few places, and Boomer's is one of em! Don't forget to ask for extra limes, the hot green salsa, and grab a big red so you can take a swig after every bite, that's the only way to do it in Texas! Bean and cheese tacos are also bussin!

Bringing them back up to five stars. Went back this morning for more breakfast tacos and a breakfast burrito. I explained about the two breakfast tacos from yesterday being wrong, even showed them a picture of the taco and the ticket, and they made it right !!! I got the two breakfast tacos at no charge, and paid for my burrito. Now that is great customer service and a Great American Business !!! Thank You Sam for listening, understanding, and making it right.

Really fantastic migas! A little spicy which I loved. The migas came with potatoes, refried beans, bacon and tortillas. Hard to believe we came upon this good of food in a gas station!!
