The pulled pork sandwich was very good. The sliced brisket was very good. The slaw is a touch dry for my taste but it was very good and went well on the pulled pork sammi! 😎

Declare your independence from boring Q and high prices at Big Frank’s in Liberty 🇺🇸! Although it’s a small restaurant on the highway, it’s huge on flavor and value! Brisket very moist with smoke bark; ribs are outstanding with sweet peppery bark; sausage is ok. Collards (!!) were also sweetish and yummy, beans well-balanced flavor. Great service, quiet lunch. Freedom from fast food and chains!

Good BBQ. Be sure and specify thickness of meat. Our brisket and turkey were cut very thick. One pound of brisket was 5 slices. Other than that, great food and service.
