The food was excellent with perfect amount of spices for a great taste. The food came out hot and very quickly. Our waitress was Mikaila and she was super attentive, helpful and overall charming. We would rate higher than 5 star if we could.
Great food, great entertainment in Mr. Frank Gilligan who had an amazing soft voice for country and western music, and an amazing waitress in Kaylee Davis who catered to our every needs! This was definitely a great date night for my wife Mary Beth and myself...the whole experience was very enjoyable!
Getting off to a great start... small tweak but amazing food.

Tia Juanita's Fish Camp is a terrific Cajun food restaurant in Liberty TX. The service, atmosphere, and especially the food are phenomenal. The blackened gator tacos are so freakin good, and their boudin balls are fire. The New Orleans style BBQ shrimp is plentiful and outstanding. Other menu items include alligator bites, crawfish tails, fajitas, seafood enchiladas, and crawfish. All food is delicious, and the wait staff is outstanding with friendly service. The restaurant is covered with nostalgic metal signs for a unique atmosphere. There are days when the crowds are big, especially after work on Friday evenings, but that is just because the food is good. Definitely recommend.
