We headed to Liberty for Friday Night Lights from Orange and settled on Jax since the boys wanted burgers!
We waited a few minutes in line to ordered and picked up at the counter when our named was called. They had a nice salad bar and everything you needed was self serve at the bar.
It only took about 15 minutes to get our food after ordering. I had the fried fish and coleslaw. It was a cornmeal type batter and tasted very fresh and coleslaw was very good too.

Year after year always ranked best burger joint around. (But if you want tomatoes ? on your burger you have to order them.) These good people who own this restaurant hand make the patties and hand cut the fries. They somehow are able to do this faster and cheaper than McDonald's and Whataburger 1 block away! These are the American small businesses we want and need to support

We like to eat here at least once or twice a month when I'm craving a burger. My favorite burger is the Little Diablo. But the Jalapeño bun falls apart. The onion rings are great when they don't over fry them.
