We've gone to Pueblos a handful of times now and still find it to be the best option in Liberty, so far. I've had one issue on one visit but the manager and waiter jumped right up to help and comped the meal. (Hair in my food) I haven't had any other issues from here since. I love the dining room to the far right. The ambience is perfect with the dim lights. That's our favorite section to be seated in. (Granted we are a sensory family) They always greet you when you come in and check on you throughout your time there. Even others working there are quick to smile at you and greet you with friendliness, which is lovely. I have allergy issues so I have to make different subs and it's always been delivered as requested which I truly appreciate. Would recommend for sure. It can be a tad bit pricey but it's doable for a nice evening out.

We come here often and have always been highly impressed with the taste, the fresh ingredients, and the staff's friendliness.The recipes are nostalgically authentic! They don't cut corners!You are treated like family!You won't find anyone rude here!The restaurant is ACTUALLY clean all the time! And anyone who knows restaurants... that's huge!

This is a great restaurant choice in Liberty if you are seeking Mexican/Tex-Mex food. The service and food quality is on par with similar restaurants in larger cities. I had the Enchiladas Verdes (chicken) and they were great.

We have been looking for good Mexican food in the area and finally found the perfect one. Not only was the food extremely delicious but the prices were affordable and the service was great. There was a small language barrier, and a couple times we received the wrong thing BUT every time they fixed it right away.
Actually, although the food wasn't great, the total experience was 5 ⭐ This probably doesn't make much sense except to me.But the service, the imported (Dutch) beer, and the music were excellent!

Best Mexican food I've had in a long time and will definitely be back! Everything was cooked to perfection and the service was amazing! I had the Fiesta dinner and it had grilled shrimp, grilled chicken, grilled beef and grilled veggies and bacon. It came with tortillas and all the fixings like with fajitas and it was alot of food and very reasonably priced.

We visited Pueblo's Tex-Mex on Saturday November 18, 2023 at 11:30 am. our total bill was $30.40. Today I noticed a $10.00 additional charge on my bank account. We left a cash tip on the table , so I drew a line thru the tip section and totaled our bill. I called the restaurant to question the charge and spoke with the manager. He asked me to give him a little while to check on it. He text me later to say they found my ticket. He then had someone else call me to say apparently the cashier wrote in a $10 tip. I explained to him that was theft, no different than if I walked out of a store with a $10 item and did not pay for it. They told me I could come up there and pick up the $10 in cash. Just be careful and watch your receipts and credit or debit card accounts. I wonder how many people they did that to Saturday that has not found it? ??

Had two fajita plates,both me and the wife agreed it was good, the waiters were all very nice and friendly, beer was cold and good, can't say about the tea, and yes ,it's a little pricey so take plenty of cash ,but you will enjoy
