We've gone to Pueblos a handful of times now and still find it to be the best option in Liberty, so far. I've had one issue on one visit but the manager and waiter jumped right up to help and comped the meal. (Hair in my food) I haven't had any other issues from here since. I couldn't agree more with all the wonderful reviews on here! We come here often and have always been highly impressed with the taste, the fresh ingredients, and the staff's friendliness.The recipes are nostalgically authentic! They don't cut corners!You are treated like family!You won't find anyone rude here!The restaurant is ACTUALLY clean all the time! And anyone who knows restaurants... that's huge!

This is a great restaurant choice in Liberty if you are seeking Mexican/Tex-Mex food. The service and food quality is on par with similar restaurants in larger cities. I had the Enchiladas Verdes (chicken) and they were great.
