Had the Hamburgesa Mexicana. I typically try that first to determine authenticity. It had a great authentic spin on an American classic. Fresh avocado chunks, plenty of grilled onions, so many jalapeños they squished out, thick slice of real ham. Juicy and delicious, couldn't even eat the fries. Now on to their barbacoa the next chance I get.

This is one of the better taco trucks out there. They are amazing! Fresh everything. They are fast. Food is made when you order, so everything is hot and delicious. There is a covered area with tables and chairs so you can sit and enjoy the hot, delicious, savory tacos right then and there. Thank you, Jalisco! Keep a rockin!
When I want authentic Mexican cuisine, this is my new go to. The staff is always friendly, and seems happy to tolerate my very limited Spanish. It's not needed as the person at the window is always bilingual, but I like to practice anyway. The food here is amazing. This is my third visit, and every time it has been very fresh and light-- not overly dependent on excessive sauce and smothered with cheese like most Tex-Mex. Try the limonada! Highly recommended!
