They gave us the wrong order through drive thru, was short a sandwhich, and the other two were wrong. Drove back because they would answer the phone after I called and they hung up once i told them the issue. They remade our sandwiches, but they had so much mustard on them they were unediable and the bread was brick hard it hurt your mouth to bite the sandwich. This location is now under new management!! If you’ve had any issues lately (if you’ve been in here in the past 6 months, this probably applies to you) give them another try!! Will (new manager) is the best, he fixed our “issue”, listened to our previous stories, and really wants to improve ALL aspects of the service!!
There was a slight error with my order, Philip the manager was very kind and understanding. He took care of it quickly. Great crew. Highly recommend.
