Ordered food got home half the order was missing called store won’t refund money. we can drive the 20 min back for the sandwich is all they would offer. They admitted the other half of the order just never got put in the bag. Won’t be back. Ever.

They gave us the wrong order through drive thru, was short a sandwhich, and the other two were wrong. Drove back because they would answer the phone after I called and they hung up once i told them the issue. They remade our sandwiches, but they had so much mustard on them they were unediable and the bread was brick hard it hurt your mouth to bite the sandwich. The service and food were horrible. I love Schlotzsky’s very much and I’ve given the Lindale location many chances and it only gets worse and worse. My food is always made wrong and extremely sloppy. I’m not trying to be picky but it seems every other Schlotzsky’s I’ve been too, including all the Tyler locations, can get the food made correctly and not just thrown together on a basket tray.
