“We come here every week and are NEVER disappointed! They make their biscuits and OJ all right on the spot. But that jam is what will steal your heart. Sweet, fruity, and perfectly complementary to smashbrowns and biscuits alike.We usually grab a retro plate or a biscuit sandwich. Hits the spot every time. There's a nice tall guy we usually see working magic back there - give the man a raise!“

“We highly recommend Happy Day Cafe. It is the cutest place. It feels like your in your own home. There's butterflies on one wall. It's very homey. We ate there, my husband and I. I had the Biscuit Benedict. It is the best I've ever tasted. It comes with potatoes with onion and bell pepper. You can tell everything is homemade. Everything was delicious! Management is kind, friendly, pays attention to detail. As we said we felt like we were home but in a restaurant. The restaurant is in a shopping mall. Lots of parking. The restaurant is very kind friendly. It is closed on Mondays. It's hours are 8 am to 3 pm.“
