The general manager Tiffany provides the most exceptional service I’ve ever seen from a manager & worker in a food establishment. She made sure everything was exactly how I liked it, you can tell she takes pride in her work and her enthusiasm towards customers is why I decided this is the only urban bricks location I will ever visit thanks to her! Popped in for the first time tonight, fully aware that THE QUALITY OF PIZZA IN TEXAS IS LACKING... only to be PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by URBAN BRICKS. It was LATE, almost closing time, but TIFFANY was awesome, she picked up my wild vibe and rolled with it all while exceeding my expectations. I'll be back for sure
