I hardly ever come to bk. This evening my stepson and I went to get our dinner. We ordered 3 burgers (each were different due to what we are able to eat). The order was rang up correctly, however the food did NOT match our order. This is the reason that I hardly come to bk. The cashier's always ring up the order that I'm picking up correctly, but somehow the cooks either can't read an order that is placed, or they can't make the food according to how it was originally ordered. Or the runners can't EVER seem to make sure that they are putting the correct food with the correct order. I will definitely be checking my orders from now on in front of the employee handing me my order. If the problem still continues I will NOT be coming back PERIOD.

The place smells of raw sewage. Customer service is terrible. They spend more time talking amongst them selves instead of preparing orders. It took over 20 minutes to get and order from the time it was put in.

went in at 630 pm on a friday no customers workers standing around talking to each other tables had left overs on them order food was told it was too late for any type of ice cream ask for salt and pepper was told they didnt have any was told the same about ketchup the food was gross tasted like it been in a heat lamp all day was told no refunds even told me its on the receipt

A/C not working. Employees sweating trying to do their job, people in dining area leaving due to the sweltering temperature inside. Should have closed down till a/c was repaired. I guess the money was more important than the employees or patrons! SHAME ON OWNER!!!😡

The Burger King in Livingston Texas. Very rude employees . I go to this Burger King all the time and this has been the first time the 2 employees and supposedly the store manager were so rude. When I was talking to the manager she was laughing. It felt like a joke.

On 7/16/25 I went through the drive through and food was good. Used my debit card, checked my bank app today, they charged me twice! So I paid $23.80 for a #1!!!! I have tried to call all day and their number is busy! If management sees this I sure would appreciate my credit back!!!
