I placed an order for a banana split at Dairy Queen 20 minutes before arriving, and when I got there, the order still was not ready even though they were not busy at all. I then waited another 5–10 minutes inside the restaurant before receiving it. When the banana split was finally brought out, there was barely any ice cream in it, and it seemed like it was covered with extra whipped cream just to make it look fuller. When I mentioned this concern, I was told that the ice cream was “in the bottom.” I buy banana splits almost every day, so I know what they are supposed to look like, and this was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. The food is great but the chocolate soft serve is the greatest thing we my wife and mother in law really love the chocolate soft serve needs to be permanently on the menu if corporate would just read what people comment about what people say I would just about say the chocolate soft serve is a big hit with people?? Just saying.

Service was horrible. Waited 30 minutes, left for 10 minutes, came back for another 15 minutes just to be told that they weren't taking anymore orders. Made me feel stupid standing there the entire time while they were laughing, looking at me like I was stupid, and just kept ignoring me the entire time. Very rude, laughing at me while they told me that they weren't going to take my order.

Absolutely Terrible! Went through the drive thru w my wife and daughter. Asked for everything to be made Fresh. Got to the window. Reminded the drive thru young lady again to make it Fresh. She turned and told the cook to make it Fresh. Im looking at the cook through the window take the all of our steak fingers that were in the box back into the fryer and refry them. So I told her AGAIN, Hey I know he didn't just put all my food back into the fryer that were already sitting out. She said please pull up I'll make sure they are Fresh. I said, Ok Im trusting you and pulled up. Needless to say, order that was brought out was burnt steak fingers, hard fries and cold toast and lukewarm lumpy gravy. Parked my vehicle in the rain. While my wife and 5 yr old daughter waited in the car, I went back inside in the rain, complained to the manger and told her Id wait there and watch the whole process with my own eyes. I have more to say, like the person handling the food was using gloved hands to pick up the food and put in boxes instead of tongs. Finally when my order was done everything looked great. Gravy was still lukewarm and toast was flatten to a sheet of paper almost. Told the manager, You see the difference!? She laughed and said Im sorry for laughing but you're right. They offered me 2 tickets for a free ice cream. However, Ill probably never go there again and give the 2 tickets to some homeless by walmart across the street.

Its been a while since i came in but I did so today after running into an old employee of yalls now working at Dennys and remembered why I stopped coming in to DQ a while ago. Jaley Hope is still as nasty as ever with her faces and attitude. But now DQ is back to being great. Good for yall!

I give 2 stars because the first time I came here I had chicken tenders. They were decent but small. The 2nd time I ordered a burger..the bun was cold, old and falling apart. Worst burger ever..huge bun and very little meat
