The hostess that sat us at our table was really nice and kept checking on us. Once our order was taken it literally took almost an hour to get our food, we could literally hear the kitchen staff just chatting. Once we got our food it was okay. Next time we'll definitely skip this place. Not worth it

Walked into HH for the first time and was greeted by Jake, our waiter. Food was delivered in less the 10 min, delicious CFS, coffee, and French toast platter. Jake checked on us and made sure we were satisfied. Along with the other waitresses, the staff was amazing, place was clean and everyone was super nice.

We arrived at 8:45 pm and the waitress was already cleaning the whole place. The place closes at 10! My father and I are seated at a table with crumbs still very much visible, there is a straw wrapper crumbled up on the table.Me and my father go in I get a burger and he gets the chopped steak dinner. His steak was so DRY and just not a good dish to have. He got a salad on the side and it was a 2/5. The mashed potatoes were kinda average.My burger was poorly cooked and my lettuce was very dry. The fries were not cooked all the way.We was not very pleased with the food and the service people were pretty good. The lady who served us was nice but was in kinda a hurry to get our order even though we were only seated for about 2 minutes at that time.I believe that if we were there earlier in the day our service and experience would have been better.E ven after all that the waitress got a good tip.
