Ordered food today, it took almost 40 minuets to get our food from the point we ordered. We probably spend 20-30 at the window after paying alone. None of our food was correct. Our spicy wrap was not spicy and the #13 we ordered without bacon or tomatoes and it was still on there. There was no apology or acknowledgment on how long the food took. Not to mention when our food was finally handed to us it was basically shoved at us. Our friends who were behind us in line had the same experience and we agreed if there was a way to get out of the drive threw we would have left before paying or getting our food. I do not recommend eating at this specific jack in the box at all.

When we had a problem with our mobile order Quinton behind the counter was quick to help and made things right. The service I got there. I wish I could get at a lot of other fast food joints in town. I will be coming back as I'm a regular at the casino down the street. Once again thank you Quinton and thanks to all the good people that work at this Jack in The box!

It is 1:44 in the morning and the Jack in the box says that it’s 24 hours well if that’s the case why are the employees sitting in their cars when they have seven different people in the drive-through waiting to order food and then instead of somebody coming to the drive-through and saying hey, we’re close guys. Nobody says anything so your customers have to leave that Jack in the box sucks

Just sat in the deive thru fir 5 minutes waiting to order. No one came. Went up to the window and everyone was sitting in the office laugging and having a good time. Call the store and was hung up on. Now i know why Whataburger stays so busy. Your employees are horrible and only there for a check.

I have noticed recently, especially as I take DoorDash orders that this location is always closed on the inside at night time which means that the line is long and they take forever. It has taken about 20 minutes at least each time I’ve been in the drive-through line usually at night time. It is ridiculous and they need to get more workers or do something about it because it holds up DoorDash orders as well as people that are trying to get food quickly.

Poor customer service. Didn't have all we ordered on the receipt and missing items we were charged for. 3 people sitting around playing on their phones while 1 person tried to handle the drive thru alone. Phone number printed on receipt says it of service.
