Yeah, I ordered the thin crust pepperoni extra sauce… no extra sauce as a matter of fact, it seems like there was literally no sauce on the pizza at all… to top it all off the manager claims after talking with her that she made the order her personality is super fake. You can tell she’s pretty much lying to her teeth and it was rather disrespectful on how she tried to treat the situation so won’t be ordering from here again

I ordered the dinner box with two pizzas, bread sticks and boneless wings. They gave me raw wings. I called the store and began literally throwing up when I had to pass the phone to my daughter to continue the conversation with the store. The man there only offered a $10 credit. Like what is that going to do? I'm already big sick and now I may get even bigger sick because I swallowed one before realizing it. I knew the texture felt weird but foe some reason thought they were precooked. Wrong. It was not. I'm disgusted and our movie night is ruined.

Their app is glitching. I ordered and it said order ready but they said they didn’t have the order. Ordered 2 more times while the app kept glitching. I would go to cart then the order was doubled, then it disappeared. The charge said pending and the order said ready but they couldn’t find it. The manager was rude and unhelpful. She basically said order again but you’re going to have to wait 45 minutes after we have already been waiting an hour because they said they found it but then never came. She kept yelling at me. Like the screw up was on y’all’s end and you’re gonna act like that. You screwed up. Fix it don’t yell at the people who you made sit for an hour and 40 minutes. I have never been yelled at by a manager like that. So they lied about having the order making us wait and then wouldn’t do anything to fix it. Honestly the manager should be fired if she lacks the ability to manage even an order.
