Im not sure. I may not have been born in the right time period. It really puzzles me sometimes. Im probably wrong, but I think you shouldn't have to ask for 1 pack of salt with your meal. 1 pepper. 1 sweetener if you purchased unsweetened tea or something like that. Some things should be complimentary and you shouldn't have to ask for each one. If you only have 1 type or brand of sauce, then add one with a meal that usually goes with it. Like a ketchup or something. If people want more, then they should have to ask. You know what I got in my breakfast meal. Zip. I had to ask for each thing I wanted. Kind of ruins the mood, you know. I dont know anything. Don't pay attention to me. Just an old lump of coal. Not even going to be a diamond some day. Lol

Listen, I have been around for quite a while. I was in fast food a few times in my lifetime. Now Sonic is fast food, and I get that. I have 3-4 things that need to be brought up. The patties appeared to be hot stacked. Again, if you're in the business, you know what I mean. My wife had a #4 Cheesey bacon stack, which has bacon, which there was no bacon. I had a #5. Both were cold. We haven't ate at Sonic in a while for this reason. We liked Sonic, however we keep going back and getting cold food, no lettuce, no bacon, hot stacked patties and just missing items. The shakes were good and were the highlight of this meal... We don't complain, but we expect service that is good, and we are not getting good service. The car hop was given a $9 tip. Wasn't her fault that we know of. We are upset and more likely will not come back. As you well know, your customers are your bread and butter... It's like we had bread and no meal...

I drive from a location that has its own sonic but they dont make the drinks right when we ask for real cream. They just add flavoring and theres no mistaking the difference. This place has the iconic "Sonic Drinks"
