Trash , I sent a simple order back twice for the same thing mustard only on one , plain and dry on the other .How complicated is that ,they sent the same burgers back every time with a special sticker on them

Ordered #8 & #9 plus grilled cheese. 20.00 wasted. #8 asked for chili but got mustard, ketchup relish & onions that I didn’t ask for. Visiting 20 mins away. Sonic rep not helpful & not apology for wrong order! Hotdog trashed. Will not visit there again! Poor service & no concern for customer. 👎🏾 👎🏾

My hamburger 🍔 was excellent it was the best burger I've ever ate at Sonic.
Im not sure. I may not have been born in the right time period. It really puzzles me sometimes. Im probably wrong, but I think you shouldn't have to ask for 1 pack of salt with your meal. 1 pepper. 1 sweetener if you purchased unsweetened tea or something like that. Some things should be complimentary and you shouldn't have to ask for each one. If you only have 1 type or brand of sauce, then add one with a meal that usually goes with it. Like a ketchup or something. If people want more, then they should have to ask. You know what I got in my breakfast meal. Zip. I had to ask for each thing I wanted. Kind of ruins the mood, you know. I dont know anything. Don't pay attention to me. Just an old lump of coal. Not even going to be a diamond some day. Lol
