“WELL, BUTTER MY BISCUIT!!! HENRY'S EGG-ACTLY WHAT I NEEDED TO START MY DAY!!! (Lockhart Breakfast!!! God Bless Texs!)We (The Villain aka Ray & I), had a hankering for a hearty breakfast! We wanted to start our day off better than yesterday's start! (He doesn't act right when he's hungry! Truthfully, I don't either)I looked up a "Lockhart breakfasts", and found Henry's with great ratings, reviews and they served breakfast all day!Ray aka TV (The Villain) ordered the Meat Lovers Breakfast (see photo) and side of Homemade Biscuits & Gravy! I ordered The Homestyle Breakfast (ONLY $7.29!). The Biscuits are to DIE for! Lite Fluffy Buttermilk biscuits, clearly made from scratch! Bacon was thick and perfectly cooked, home fries and eggs were perfectly cooked the only way, I enjoy them. I took a bite of the biscuits and gravy and about jumped out of my chair, it was sooo good!!!! Gravy made from scratch using sausage drippings and tons of sausage! TV's breakfast looked good, (I didn't ask for a bite, I was too busy eating like I had a slit throat!). He demolished his meal (I ain't lying, I demolished mine too!)Our server Shannah (not sure how she spells her name), was as sweet as a Fredericksburg Peach!!! She was welcoming, courteous, smiling and efficient! Thank you, Shannah!!!You can't beat Henry's breakfasts and the prices are so inexpensive, you feel like you're robbing them!I'll definitely be back!!!Ps. I would love a Henry's t-shirt!
