I arrived at 9:20, I wanted to go in and get some chicken and the doors were closed, I went to the drive-thru and they made me wait 16 minutes to tell me that they couldn't sell to me because it was past 9:30 and they had already cleaned and closed everything and that they couldn't make my order because they didn't have any employees... when I got back out to talk there were 4 people inside laughing at the situation.
I think they should pay attention to what they as a restaurant actually offer!

We walked in at 4:15 to order dinner - we went to order and were told it would be a 20 minute wait because I asked for all dark meat. I then said I will just take what you have as long as it's original and was told either way it's going to be a 20 minute wait. It was our first time going to this KFC and it will be our last because of this. It's not a typical restaurant where it can be a wait - it's fast food - but this KFC definitely doesn't understand the concept.

Honestly probably one of the worst kfc’s I been to in a very long time. I used to work for the company and when I order today @8:30 there’s an hour and a half till closing and you’re telling me you’re outta most things.

I got the mashed potato,corn, chicken and gravy bowl. The lady made us wait forever. My friend ordered last and paid with a card but got her food before 3 of us that needed to pay with cash. Then got offended that we wanted to pay.

The food was fresh, and I got the tender plate, which was 4 tenders, grren beans and cole slaw. Also received the food fast.
It's been probably 20 years since I've been inside a KFC. I was travelling through town, in a big hurry, and needed a bite to eat. Me & my wife entered the Lockhart tx store. Or maybe in Luling Tx (I couldn't remember) The store was updated and the food was super. The staff was very kind and helpful. Im now certain it won't be very long before I enter and order me some KFC.

DO NOT EAT HERE. It’s not the KFC chicken. Our order was all dark brown, super soggy and had a bitter taste. Maybe it was coked days ahead and then refried, I have no idea, I couldn’t eat it.

Wanted KFC for supper and so I stopped in to order 2 buckets of their chicken since it was on special. A guy with a headset on helped me and I told him I wanted one of each an original and a crispy bucket. He said we are out of crispy but never offered to make some until I said I can wait for some. He said are you serious it would be like 20 min and I said ok. This lack of customer service was really off point tonight. I would not have driven 20 min extra to not come back with what my family asked for to eat.
Do better young man, whether I blew it off the fact that I wanted crispy or not would have not hurt because you are still there the same amount of hrs and get off at the same time.
