It's been probably 20 years since I've been inside a KFC. I was travelling through town, in a big hurry, and needed a bite to eat. Me & my wife entered the Lockhart tx store. Or maybe in Luling Tx (I couldn't remember) The store was updated and the food was super. The staff was very kind and helpful. Im now certain it won't be very long before I enter and order me some KFC.

DO NOT EAT HERE. It’s not the KFC chicken. Our order was all dark brown, super soggy and had a bitter taste. Maybe it was coked days ahead and then refried, I have no idea, I couldn’t eat it.

Wanted KFC for supper and so I stopped in to order 2 buckets of their chicken since it was on special. A guy with a headset on helped me and I told him I wanted one of each an original and a crispy bucket. He said we are out of crispy but never offered to make some until I said I can wait for some. He said are you serious it would be like 20 min and I said ok. This lack of customer service was really off point tonight. I would not have driven 20 min extra to not come back with what my family asked for to eat.
Do better young man, whether I blew it off the fact that I wanted crispy or not would have not hurt because you are still there the same amount of hrs and get off at the same time.

On 2/3/25 at 730p Waited at front counter 15 min, workers walked by looking at us and didn’t say a thing. Finally left. Worst customer service ever.

It took over 30min to get my order witch I was told it would take 20min ordered chicken pot pie and 3 piece tenders manager brought out order and was told about how long it took to get my order he was not bothered about the situation and said they where busy I was the the second car in drive through was the last in the parking lot with no body dining room but he said every thing was fresh which was not the case decided give the food back and get a refund.

The food is good they forgot my item in the Drive-Thru had to drive 5 minutes back and then had to holler to get someone to come to the counter and my daughter wouldn't sit down without me to eat. Had to wait the counter again cuz she wanted to drink had to holler at someone after waiting another few minutes another customer comes in same thing. Does anyone work here?

I went here last week and didn't check my food till I got home, which is pretty far away from this particular kfc. When I started eating, I noticed that my food was basically covered in dog hair. My fries and tenders had dog hair hanging off of them. And when I bit into my burger, it had a long hair in-between the buns and chicken. I don't know if someone working there decided it was ok to come to work covered in pet hair, but it was disgusting. Never coming here again

I asked for a 16 piece extra crispy family meal the guy said they only had “dark meat “and “original recipe” ! They never have the extra crispy recipe and it’s the only location here in Lockhart! Plus the fries are all cold and not even fresh

My mother n law went to order food Togo mind you she doesn’t live in town. It’s a good 20min drive. Anyways she got home and her biscuits and jalapeño were not in the order. When she calls to ask them they wanna call her liar!! And say they personally did that order. And talked to 3 different employees that all said they need to “review footage” lol this place is a joke. Over some biscuits and a jalapeño??? Do better KFC
