Little Caesars Pizza

I got a classic pepperoni and a Detroit style deep dish pepperoni. Both were great!! I was worried due to the reviews on this place being very poor, but was pleasantly surprised.

Don't think it's very professional for the trainer of new hires to be telling commands from the back while just watching the new hires struggle being new. If you're a seasoned worker you should jump in and help with customers. Teach by example is far more effective. Just my opinion.

I'm guessing this new manager likes the pay but not the work. She is in the back on her phone. They said 15 minutes, more like 30. There was a lot of joking around but bad service. Nobody acted like they wanted us there and they were not pleasant.

Don't order from this place. They don't deserve the business. I placed an order on line an hour ahead and when I arrived I was told they were working on. After waiting for about 10 minutes I received a call from them that they didn't have ham for the pizza. I realized that the person on the phone was right across from me. I asked how long before the rest of the order would be ready,at this time it was passed order time. I was told 7 to 10 minutes I just asked for a refund because at that time I had been over an hour since I had placed my order.

I order for delivery, which it was ok. I order a pepperoni pizza, pepperoni crazy puffs, and a liter Pepsi. T he puffs were burnt couldn't even eat it. The pizza was a mix af thick crust pizza and thin crust pizza also hard and nasty.

Went here 11/28/2025 the two individuals hugging and doing everything but my pizza I was just standing there and never got helped form the girl

Ordered online had to wait a half hour past the time which i honestly don't mind but then my food was cold after the wait 🤷‍♂️

Very slow had to wait 20 minutes just for someone to take my order and there was no line and had to wait for an hour for my pizza

Place is ran by kids, floors are dirty, no type of customer service, if you happen to scroll upon this review don’t waste your time on this place, go find somewhere else to eat! I waited for someone to come and greet me at the register to take my order, a kid made eye contact and walked away, then waited an additional 40mins + for my basic meal, if you wait inside, you’ll be hearing the 10 year olds laughing in the back instead of doing their job. Ridiculous.

Do not go to this Little Caesar’s! I DoorDash on the weekends to make a little extra cash, and anytime I have to pick up an order from here I immediately regret it.

Every order I pick up from there takes over half an hour. Doesn’t matter if you call it in early or if you order online. EVERYTHING COMES OUT LATE. The service is horrendous as well. I will be waiting for help at the counter for 10 minutes and I will be completely ignored.

Do yourself a favor and order from Dominos.

When there yesterday and notice everyone in the back was making pizza with there bare hand..The big Hispanic guy in the back did have a hat on but he didn't have a beard guard..so I'm guessing how many of his beard hair's fell in people pizza,The manage came out to the lobby to criticize an employee for not coming to work in front of all the customers,,I thought the hot and ready would be ready for pick up but the girl at the counter said 15 minutes but it took them over 40 minutes to get a pizza.i have been to other pizza shop here and everyone wore protective gear..I will NOT be going back to little Caesars..I'm thinking this is why I woke up with a horrible stomach ache.. you guys gotta do better

We went in on 9/8/2025 to just get a pizza and there were only 2 people working in there. That wasn’t the issue the young man at the counter was doing everything in his power to make everyone in there happy. I had no complaints for him it was his manager was the problem. He first was ignoring the people in the store and would not even look up or acknowledge anyone. When he finally did come to the front he was handling money doing something behind the counter and I watched him right after that go to the fridge/freezer in the back and grab raw pizza dough with his bare hands after handing money just moments prior. The kitchen was also very nasty the floor looks like it has not been cleaned in a long time. This place definitely needs to do better just NASTY

After seeing all of this we just walked out
