This has probably been the worst Little Caesar’s I’ve been to. I placed my order at 5pm, one simple pepperoni pizza. I didn’t end up leaving the store until 5:50PM. 50 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza is insane. It was clearly their rush hour but the store manager came out to buy all the employees drinks and took them to the back where everyone was drinking their cokes/energy drinks and laughing it up. A lot of customers came in and then instantly left as soon as they saw how packed it was and how long some of the other customers had been waiting. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.

Absolute embarrassment of a little Ceasars. Not only is NOTHING hot and ready... you know... THE ENTIRE BRAND OF LITTLE CEASARS! I was told it would take 10 minutes and have been waiting 30 minutes so far. Given that I used to work at little Ceasars a while back there should be no reason the store is THIS SLOW!

It’s really sad to see how bad this location has become. The store manager from years ago had pizza always ready, almost no wait time unless you ordered a special pizza. The location was clean and fast. Now it’s become a mess, I don’t blame anyone but the managers. It takes 5 minutes to pepperoni a pizza and send it through the oven, if you fill the hot and ready box up, you can stay on top of it instead of having every customer wait 20 minutes. There’s no reason I should be waiting 30 minutes for an EMB when it should be hot and ready. All it takes is one decent manager to try to fix things but I’m assuming that’s not gonna happen.

Ordered 2 pizzas it took over an hour to get them, this is the second time this has happened and both were ordered online. First time they were understaffed (over 2 months ago) and I guess they still are.

This location is the worst with orders. We do DoorDash and it’s happened multiple times where the orders got placed hours ago and they aren’t ready when they are supposed to be. And there is some rude employees who would walk away when we would ask every 10min about our order. They have no time management and do not know how to prioritize certain orders. They specifically said “call in” orders take priority, so I would recommend NOT to order through DoorDash for this location, you are better off calling in or just grabbing a hot-n-ready pizza.
Come here if you want to waste your time waiting for ur food no customer service at all👎👎👎

We stopped in this evening to grab a Hot n Ready while traveling. After waiting for 10 minutes for someone to come out front, was told by an employee they were too busy to help the 9 people out in the lobby wanting to order pizza. Is selling pizza not your job?? Glad we are just passing through and don’t have to deal with this on a daily basis.

I’ve been to this location several times and I’ve never been able to come in and grab a regular hot and ready pepperoni pizza. They never have any made ready for pick up and i get stuck waiting 10-15 minutes for a pizza that is constantly advertised as hot and ready.

I stopped eating at Little Ceasars in Lockhart because of the general manager Ben's rude and loud behavior towards both his employees and customers. A correction to an employee does not require yelling at them. Especially not in front of customers. I would eat at this location again if it was under new management.
I recently visited this Little Caesars location, and I was appalled by the behavior of the manager. It was shocking to witness such a lack of professionalism in a fast-food environment. The manager was openly rude to both staff and customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere that felt more like a hostile work environment than a place to grab a quick meal.
Instead of fostering a supportive and positive workplace, the manager displayed a condescending attitude, belittling employees in front of customers. This type of behavior not only demoralizes the staff but also reflects poorly on the business as a whole. It’s disheartening to see someone in a leadership position act in a way that could easily be classified as workplace harassment.
I believe that every employee deserves to be treated with respect, and the way this manager interacted with the team was unacceptable. If changes aren’t made, I worry about the high turnover rate and the overall morale of the employees. I certainly won’t be returning to this location, and I urge others to consider their options as well. Little Caesars deserves better leadership!
