GEROMARA âsuppose managerâ 1/26/2025 10:20 AMâŠ..instead of an ice coffee we got iced milk, we ordered black coffee cuz they never get the creams and sugar right. She told us to go to the next window just to wait for 2 creams and 4 splendas and of course they took forever. We eventually left. Called to file a complaint to that GEROMARA and itâs obvious that she didnât care cuz she was quiet the whole time. 1st McDonaldâs that has continuous horrible service. Iâm glad Iâm moving city and donât have to deal with this horrifying service. They treat you like you asking for free food. I feel bad for others that donât know how to defend themselves just to avoid an argument. But thatâs not fair, we all have a job to care for and when we are customers we simply want what you are already getting paid to serve period!!!!
