Chisholm Trail Bar-B-Que in Lockhart, Texas has the best tasting BBQ I have ever sank my teeth into. Lockhart is the capital of the famous BBQ joints in Texas and this one is #1 in my book so far. The prices are reasonable and the fountain drink even comes with the plate! I highly recommend this BBQ location for your next meal!!
I always use the drive-thru. I just love their chopped beef sandwich ...its different and has a really good flavor. I always get the same thing when I go there but the other day I branched out and tried the loaded fries. The fries had chopped beef and ranch dressing on top. The order was enough for two people it was so big. While I was there I got a chop beef for laterThe service is always fast and friendly

I gave the food 4 stars not because it's not good mostly would like to see like more raw veggies spread instead of fried stuff or saurekraut. The food is good, just would be nice for those who eat more raw veggies to have an option for that.
