Family and I came around 110 pm and had to wait over 15 min for our order 1/2 the fries were cold and chicken nuggets stale. Restroom dirty and tables sticky. asked for takeout and received order to dine in.. so had to bag items ourself. missing sauces and super surprised since it wasn’t that busy in the restaurant.
Lockhart McDonald's was working hard today! They had lunch rush moving fast, smooth, and food was hot and fresh! Really appreciate how upbeat everyone was and really appreciate the crew cooking the food. Haven't had hot, crispy fries from a McDonald's in a long time. Saturday lunch crew was great! Thanks!
Have been going to this McDonald's ever since I moved here 8 1/2 years ago. Brett, who works the graveyard shift, is the hardest worker I have ever seen at this restaurant. Give that man a raise ASAP.
