Restaurant 030170. order 149. Date 01/08/2026 I ordered two burritos with no onions , and my burritos had onions, With one crispy taco. Inside the bag, it had the hot and mild sauce that was open and used with Napkin. the customer service agent was nice and proper. But that was wow moment. Maybe the restaurant was understaff or super busy , not sure what happened.

It despicable nowadays what you have to go through to get good service honestly, the management and the whole team needs to be replaced cross contamination and kill somebody luckily I caught it before my daughter started chewing on it. I will never come here again. They get zero stars. They just wouldn’t let me not put that.

Cross contamination these people should be looked at that’s disgusting. It’s really not that hard to work in those type of work environments. I did growing up as a teenager respect yourselves and get new management because I’m reporting this to the health inspection.

I went here today ordered nacho Bell grande with meat and cheese only and ordered extra so chips covered. They had a hard time doing that and then still charged extra on top of the extra I paid. Plus my husband's chips smelled like bleach. Not a good experience and won't be back. Apparently this place in Lockhart TX has gone to the dogs. Eat at your own risk.

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this Taco Bell. I placed my order and ended up waiting over 40 minutes, but I never received my food. What made the situation even worse was that there were seven employees on shift, and instead of doing their jobs, they were dancing, singing, and goofing around together the entire time. My order was clearly showing in their system, yet they completely ignored it. The level of poor management, lack of professionalism, and total disregard for customers was unbelievable.
I left without the meal I paid for, extremely disappointed. This location needs serious improvement. I will not be returning.

Ordered the bowl . Worst bowl I ever had !Any where! Couldn't see the maybe 2 teaspoons of chicken covered with sour cream ,lettuce looked like it had the sour cream stired in it could barely see the cabbage because of the sour cream ,maybe 2 teaspoons of tomato and onion , hard clump of shredded cheese , some kind of watery sauce, couldn't see the black beans couldn't see the rice because of the lettuce and sour cream , ice was melted in drink when I got home , got all that for $11.67 I threw the bowl away ,couldn't eat it and I had not eaten all day ordered no sour cream.that's why I quit eating there 5 years ago.I thought maybe they straighted out by now , they haven't. So don't think this is an isolated issue because it is not .I feel bad for out of towners. I'm sure some of them going threw Lockhart just keep on driving thru the BBQ CAPITAL OF Texas/WORLD TACO BELL . Sick to all the other well deserving restraints and drive thru's . Taco Bell is off my list forever . Amen.(Put sour cream in separate container if you can't remember not to add requests like your watery sauce , if that's what it is!)
Overheard a female manager telling an employee to not let the customers disrespect him that customers can get their stuff themselves and mind you that comment came after a man came up to the counter and simply told them the drink he ordered was a large Baja blast not a medium. The male worker was just fixing the mistake and it seemed the manager had lots of opinions about it. Orders are slow and wrong and this female manager that I've been seeing there recently has the place feeling a bit uneasy (and that's that I only pick up food and never order there), she is always in the worst mood everytime I go in and every interaction seems to be an issue for her. I would not recommend it because your order will be wrong and if you try to get it fixed that lady is the worst to deal with so to me it's not worth it.

Went to the drive thru for this visit, & we had a LARGE order (family of 5). Not only did they get the order perfect, the service was extremely fast & the guy at the window was super friendly! Food was great, too

The experience I had today was extremely great!! I went there today through the drive .. went I got to my house I notice that one of the products wasn’t there.. so I went back to the store and when I got there a young asked me what was wrong I told her the situation and handed her back the order she just walked away.. the other guy came to the counter and asked me what was wrong I told he he then walked away and never returned.. the this nice young lady cane from the back from getting supplies came to the counter and asked me what happened I told her she was so nice and said that she would remake the whole order.. now that’s what customer service is.. I wasn’t rude or asked for my money back just wanted my order and she did that professionally and with good customer service.. still don’t know why the other 2 just walked away.. which was rude but she was awesome..
