Place is not worried about its customers. I made an order for a taco pack for my kids and two Mexican pizzas when I got home, I looked at them. There was no meat more shell than anything . And my Mexican pizzas Were smashed . When I got home, you should’ve heard my wife. I went to sleep with a headache.. Even my kids were complaining. Seems Taco Bell here in Lockhart is more worried about pushing people out the line taking the money with poor service. Something has to be done and I hope the owners read these reviews.
We're from the Austin area and have been to a lot of restaurants. We decided to stop here for fast food during a road trip. Let me tell you, this is the bougiest taco bell we've been to. The staff were very friendly and showed us how to use the kiosk for our vegan needs. The food was much better quality than other taco bells. The place was clean, and the staff even helped us with trash and checked in on us to make sure everything was good.

Absolutely awful experience at Taco Bell – June 29th, 12:40 PM.
I seriously don’t know what was going on with the staff during this visit, but every single person working should be reevaluated. No one was doing their job — just standing around chatting while a bunch of us were clearly waiting. We waited nearly 25 minutes for food, and when it finally came out, it was ALL wrong.
My grandma’s burrito? Missing.
My mom’s burrito? Bone dry — literally no sauce.
I ordered a soft taco and got a hard taco instead.
Like… how does everything get messed up?
There were a ton of people behind the counter, but it looked like zero of them were actually working. To make things worse, the AC clearly wasn’t working — it was way too hot inside. AND they didn’t give my grandma a spoon so she had to eat her beans with a knife. A knife. Come on.
Overall, it was a mess. Easily one of the worst fast food experiences we’ve had. Do better.

I'm on a Door Dash team, with my mom, & we frequent this place several times per week. Over the course of a few months, there have been many times where I would stand at the register, while workers would walk by or not even a simple hello, we'll be right with you. We must remember, customer service is key when engaging with the public. If you are incapable of a simple hello, a customer service job is NOT for you. There is ONE, white, female employee who is always cheerful no matter what. I appreciate you 🙏🏾❤️

This Taco Bell really is the worst! Everytime I go they mess up my order completely and when I do check it and go back around, they mess that up too! I even ask for LESS things on my food, but they go out of there way to do the most. What a waste of $40
Went through drive Through we always get the 5 or 7 meal box. Fast n cheap for a quick lunch.

I agree with a lot of the negative comments I see here. The food is very hit or miss, mostly miss, and the terrible service only adds to the frustration. I ordered a cantina chicken burrito and they gave me something completely different. A little inconvenient but forgivable. I decided to go into the store instead of driving back through. The place smelled like a dingy old thrift store. I actually got queasy and debated whether I should eat there at all but ran out of time on my lunch break since I had to drive back and correct my order. They didn’t apologize at all, no big deal, but made my burrito so sloppy with too much sauce, even though I asked for easy sauce, and lettuce that tasted rotten. I tried scraping it off so I could still have a lunch but only managed to get half of my burrito down before spitting out my last bite and throwing the rest away. I don’t understand how it got so bad. Terrible customer service, employees on phones and bad attitudes and most importantly the food it’s disgusting most of the time. I’m running out of places to eat in Lockhart because of this very thing. Sad but true. I hope this place gets better management soon.
