I went on a Tuesday morning to Fiesta winery and had such a beautiful and tranquil experience. I was greeted by the woman on staff; she had such a calm and kind demeanor. She served me several of the wines, all made by their winery, and every single wine had a unique & interesting flavor palette.

Great place to stop and let the day disappear! Ben was great welcomed us and explained who they are and the wines offered.
Recommend the Wine Tasting which provides 6 choices. The Caprese salad was excellent, and the pesto was just right not overpowering.
We stopped here on the way home from a day of hiking at Colorado Bend State Park.

Fiesta Winery is a beautiful winery located in the countryside of Central Texas. It offers a delightful dining experience with good food and delicious wine. The customer service is exceptional, and the view of the vineyard is stunning. The outdoor patio and dance floor make it an ideal spot for weddings and photo shoots. Live music adds to the atmosphere, and the frozen margs made with wine are a refreshing treat.
The Fiesta Winery location is big and very picturesque, with a lot of wines to try, so there's something for everyone. The wine pourers do a great job of describing each wine and sharing information. Guests can enjoy the tasting while taking in the peaceful and serene view from the wonderful deck. The management team is fun to be around and very knowledgeable.
The winery has a wide variety of wines, including the Texas High Planes Sangiovese, which is light but carries a significant punch in terms of spicy fruity aroma and lingering aftertaste. Other recommended reds are Mourvèdre, Tempranillo, and Tannat, which are usually served chilled to 65-70 degrees but can be tried a bit warmer for a surprising palate experience.
