This is a very popular hole-in-the-wall catfish joint, however they have a lot more than catfish on the menu. The catfish seems to be the draw for most of their patrons, and you can get it regular or extra crispy. Their chicken tenders are also quite good, and their burgers are huge. The place can get pretty crowded, but the staff are always friendly.
So glad that we googled at the right time and Sammy’s showed up on our results. We had the bitsy bfast scramble and pancake. Wow, that was a hearty bfast - so sumptous and truly large portions! Must-visit for a nice mealP.S. Clean bathrooms is a plus!

Very clean restaurant. We had the country fried steak and chicken fried steak. The side choices were numerous. Fried okra and mashed potatoes were very good. Prices were reasonable. We will go back and try more dinners. Worth a trip.
