I made a special detour to visit Burger King on Eastman Rd instead of stopping at the new McDonald's on Estes Parkway which happens to be on my route Sunday morning around 9: ish am. I ordered an eggcheese croissant meal with a coffee. The young lady that took my order at the drive through sounded like she wasn't having a good day, rude plus she didn't even bother to give me a recipe. The croissant was old and hard cooked much earlier. The coffee wasn't fresh with a cup full of coffee grimes. Without a recipe I checked to be sure that only $6.40 was taken from my account. Worst case scenario I will not return !

This is the best Burger King I've ever been too. I will actually go as far as saying that is the the best fast food restaurant I've ever been too whennit comes to service. I come here often as I pass through here going to work. I've never had a bad experience. They are always super fast at the drive through. Food is always fresh. I've never been inside, but the drive through, they are on their A game. Great job guys!

Very disappointed in this establishments employee. The female cashier to be more specific. I couldn't believe I went inside as it's difficult to maneuver my big pickup through the tight drive through. Went inside and stood 15 minutes while she stood off to the side out of view of the other employees actually doing their job. One young gentleman came around saw me then went and found her, we both commented on how important her phone must be,this gentleman said I'll take care of you, which she then heard and said she'd take our orders. Sad thing is, I didn't see a manager the whole time we were in there, probably explains why she wasn't worried about doing her job.

Went through the drive-thru. Two visits in two weeks and both orders were missing an item. The second time when I got home I called the manager and his response to me was "if this keeps happening then why do you come back?" WHAT?? Seriously, the manager is telling me to not come back unless I'm ok with not getting what I ordered. Well I won't be back to this BK.
