Ordered a cake for my son’s 18th birthday- told 2 employees that we would be eating there and then have the cake- went to get the cake- it was frozen. Talked with the manager- he said I should’ve asked them to not put it in the walk in- had no solution for me- I had to ask for a refund. Have ordered cakes from them for so many years- won’t do it anymore!

I ordered online for the Thursday night special. The website was easy to use, I called to verify that the special would be honored. The employee who answered would was friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, I skipped the line and let the staff know I had arrived. The staff were polite and provided me with the necessary condiments. Ordered Chicken Fried Steak Platters for my Dad and sister. Great value for the money, well packed, instructions followed. My friend and ate in the restaurant later and it was wonderful too.
