One of the best BBQ restaurants in town! Carter's has been one of my favorites for as lomg as I can remember. They have very consistent food quality and give you plenty of food. Don't forget to grab some moked Boudain and if you're hungry, try the Carter's special!
This place has the best BBQ I have ever eaten anywhere. I’ve had the sliced beef, rack of ribs and Bourdin. All excellent. I travel 80 miles one way to eat at this place and have been for 25 years. Never disappointed.
Carter's has the best BBQ in Longview (and it's my favorite in all of Texas)! Their brisket, ribs, boudin, sausage, sides, and sweet tea make for a delicious lunch or early dinner. I highly recommend stopping by and getting a plate of anything off the menu because it's all delicious and made with a lot of care. The staff have always been friendly, and I appreciate them a lot for always being kind when my family or I come through.
