I get diarrhea everytime I eat their chicken, and I’m assuming it’s food poison or the chicken is not being cleaned before fried. I don’t recommend anyone to ear here.

Please do not go to Chicken Express on Gilmer Rd in Longview. Their food quality and amount for what you pay is awful. I bought 3 snack packs $30.17. Got them home and this was what they looked like. I could have gotten a family meal for this price and more food! Ugh! This used to be a good place to eat!

Sunday 9/29. Hands down the nastiest chicken we've eaten from all the locations we've stopped to eat at. The chicken was so SALTY nothing and I mean nothing helped to mask the saltiness! I ate one piece soaked in hot sauce and washed it down with water just because I spent almost $15 on my dinner! The Mac & cheese I couldn't eat either and returned it for mashed potatoes. The macaroni was so over cooked you couldn't even tell it was suppose to be Mac and cheese!! Only thing good was the mashed potatoes because even the sweet tea tasted like sugar water. We'll never eat at this location. Not even the employees were friendly here. I'd rather drive to Tyler and eat at that chicken express!

Overall, it was a nice place to eat. In my opinion, this is the best fried chicken in Longview tx but definitely needs a little work on the mashpotatoes it never tastes the same.

I ordered a family meal that came with six rolls. After waiting about 10 minutes after ordering, a girl came out and said it was going to be 6 or 7 minutes until the rolls were cooked and ready (totally fine). I watched as four other cars behind me ordered and left immediately and had several boxes in their order a piece. 10 minutes later (20 total) I pull back up to the window. I asked if the other four cars behind me had rolls in their orders and they said yes. To sum it all up they admitted that they were giving the people behind me rolls that exceeded the amount I ordered but made me wait 20 minutes to get my order. Wowzas!!!

Slowest place ever. Sitting here right now. Placed an order took 15 mins to get to windows and they STILL had me pull forward and wait......30 mins still no food.
Jericho that works here is always awesome. He always has a good attitude and goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. I go here regularly and if he is working, I know my food will be right and delicious. The guy should get some recognition for real.
