I love this Chicken Express! It’s always clean and everyone is so nice. Food is hot and fresh all the time. Also the tea is on point! Glad we have this place here!

Always love there chicken always crispy and full of flaver especially with some serendipity and a pepper and you cannot beat there sweet tea and the service i come here everyday for 2 teas and tuesday for the 2 piece dark special for 2.39 this is my favorite place for chicken and all the employees know what i want when i come in its almost like home

I order through the drive thru and they were busy, I knew that there would be a wait no biggie. I knew that with ordering gizzard's they dont cook until ordered no big deal. I ordered gizzards and spicy chicken tenders. After paying they asked me to pull forward while they finished my order, once again no big deal. 20 minutes later still no order, I went inside and finally got my order and an attitude from one of the younger employees because of my question on why it took so long. I blame the long wait on management but did not ask for the attitude from the young employee, which I didnt comment nor did management do anything about it either. Got home the spicy chicken tenders were way over cooked and dried out, after 2 bites from 2 different tenders and a gallon of tea to wash down the dried out chicken tenders I threw them away. I do not recommend this Chicken Express based upon the rudeness of the staff member and the food was not edible.

Chicken was hot and fresh at this visit. The chicken is smaller than some places, but the flavor was good. They had a 2 pc with roll special on Tuesday for 2.49. I ordered 5 of them lol.
Food is great , staff great, but they keep it so cold that you have to chew choke and swallow or your food get cold. I understand the cooks get hot but I also want to relax and enjoy my meal but can't with the temperature in your facility.

I get diarrhea everytime I eat their chicken, and I’m assuming it’s food poison or the chicken is not being cleaned before fried. I don’t recommend anyone to ear here.

Please do not go to Chicken Express on Gilmer Rd in Longview. Their food quality and amount for what you pay is awful. I bought 3 snack packs $30.17. Got them home and this was what they looked like. I could have gotten a family meal for this price and more food! Ugh! This used to be a good place to eat!
