I’ve traveled all over Texas tasting BBQ, it’s my hobby! I highly recommend Boxcar BBQ in Longview on Gilmer road. My wife and I each had three meat plates, mine was. Brisket, Ribs, and Boudin, with Mac and cheese and potato salad, the wife had the same meats with coleslaw and the baked potato salad.
